Awarded to an ACEC-SK member for consulting agreements with the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure greater than $75,000 who have a minimum of three Performance Evaluation Scores in the MHI database between November 1st and October 31st. The award goes to the Firm with the highest average Performance Evaluation score.
